France, home to approximately 60 million people, is located in the heart of Western Europe geographically, economically, and politically. Its society, like that of many other industrialized nations, has been influenced by internal and external pressures. European integration, ethnic diversity brought about by immigration, economic pressures, and growing disillusionment amongst youth of all ethnicities work to create an atmosphere of change in France.

These tumultuous times offer a great opportunity to present the Gospel to those who are grasping for truth. The C&MA and its French affiliate, the AECM (Alliance des Églises Chrétiennes Missionnaires) are working to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ through relational ministry and church plants.
